Stories featured in this year’s magazine are among others – with a view to our next big special exhibition – the German immigration to Australia and two upcoming anniversaries: 330 Years Germantown, the first German settlement in North America, and 40 years recruitment ban in Germany. Also, in a guest contribution three ZEIT-editors Alice Bota, Khuê Pham und Özlem Topçu personally describe “home as an object of longing.”
For the first time the “news“ has been published in three languages: German, English, and thanks to our cooperation with the Institute Français Bremen, also in French.
